Once your trademark application is filed, it is assigned to a Trademark Examiner. The Examiner will review your application and issue a report containing an approval notice, or information as to why your application cannot proceed to registration.
If the Examiner issues a report requesting further information, or otherwise denying your application, you will be given a deadline by which you must respond. Failure to respond properly to the Examiner’s Report may result in your application being deemed ‘abandoned’.
Examiner’s Reports are particular to each trademark application and responses must be tailored accordingly. We can help you respond to any Examiner’s Report.
We will review your Examiner’s Report at no charge and provide you with a flat fee quote to prepare a response on your behalf. Feel free to provide your information on the quote form below and we will get back to you within 24hrs.
